This is where you start your process of building more personal awareness.

Because breathing is an automatic process, we rarely think about it (unless we have a cold!). So, in this meditation, we’ll start with bringing your attention to your breath.

From there, you will consider a situation and then reflect on a situation that may be causing you an issue, or has caused you an issue in the past.

The process of building awareness can open your eyes to a new perspective; something that may have not occurred to you before.

Building awareness can be a life changing process for you.

You learn to become the observer.

You learn to understand your biases.

You begin to see your life from a whole different view.

Please be sure to take notes when you have finished and do the meditation often. It will help you focus on building your skill; one that will help you manifest a beautiful life.
